In the 50’s, 60’s & 70’s Wurlitzer Jukeboxes were used in many bars and restaurants worldwide to entertain guests with their choice of music from vinyl record singles, selected by them. “Insert a coin, push a button and enjoy the sound of music”. Minimum of Maintenance/Service & User Friendly Machine

The regular maintenance procedures – shutdown and tube cleaning – are system integrated features which can easily be operated by your bar staff. The daily cleaning routine takes 10-15 minutes. Maintenance of cocktail compositions is guaranteed by the built-in software – independent from any other external technical support. Operates a highly qualified service organization to support its customers in emergency cases. Annual maintenance contracts are available, if desired. EX-HO offers as a matter of fact customized juice and bar syrup ingredients in form of bag-in-box containers at competitive prices. Only spirits have to be purchased by the customer itself in classic bottle fillings or in container form.

Security, Back Office & Management Information (MIS)

The touch screen in the pouring head is equipped with electronic lock, and operates with the electronic ISAK waiter key only. By using DRM technology, different access rights can be defined for each key (master, mixologist, waiter, cashier, F&B controller etc.). EX-HO Jukebox is delivered with a special easy-to-use Management Software on Microsoft-Windows platform. This special development can create an almost endless list of drinks that can be freely composed out of the range of available ingredients. Furthermore precise analysis and statistics about daily sales can be drawn up as one requests for every individual staff member, by time, by cocktail, product group, ingredient or by price and total summery. This information can be monitored from the back office at one’s Venue or via remote modem link- worldwide. Additionally, gateways to all POS/HMS systems and most MIS systems are available.

  • Full Portfolio – All kinds of liquid ingredients (juices, syrups, spirits and cream) can be processed. Depending on the recipe only ice, topping and garnish has to be added manually by the barman.
  • High Performance – Up to 200 cocktails per hour can be prepared. No losses trough bottle-necks at peak hours, no increase of staff expenses for high caliber bar mixers.
  • Consistency – PC controlled equipment is used to dispense correct measures of pre-programmed amounts of each ingredient. The 60th cocktail has got the same taste like the 1st- one.
  • Hygienic – Ingredients are pumped within a closed airless beverage-grade tubing system separately to the pouring head and do not get mixed until they reach the glass or shaker – a daily cleaning routine is integral part of the system.
  • Facility Improvement – Ingredients can be stored and chilled, where enough space is available. Either below the bar counter (recommended) or further away.
  • Total Security, Control & Transparency - Every mixed cocktail served, is recorded for cash collection purposes. Billing as well as gateways to cash management systems are integrated.
